1.What's your return policy?

2.How do I exchange gifts?
Reach out to our Happiness Team via our Contact Us form with your order number or the full name or email address that was used to place the order.
Tell them what you'd like to return and what you'd like to exchange it for, along with your shipping address, and we'll take care of the rest.
3.Can I change/cancel my order?
Indeed you can! If you reach out to us via email within one hour during regular business hours, we can change or cancel your order immediately. Otherwise, we can always help you return or exchange any item thanks to our Happiness Guarantee.
